Application Support/Dynamics Azure - Remote
Our client located in Broomall, PA is seeking an Application Support Specialist that has a background in Dynamics, Azure and SQL for a Production Support role for a long-term contract. This candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting applications and software issues for internal and external customers. You will also be responsible for enhancements and updating employees on new technologies.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in an Application Support role
- 2+ years experience working with MS Dynamics and SQL, preferably as a SQL DBA
- Understanding of SQL
- Dynamics AX
- Working knowledge of Azure
- Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Ability to use SQL to extract data
- 2 years experience working in a Windows environment
- Experience with technical documentation
- Hands on experience with some of the following Great Plains, SQL, MS Windows, MS Office, MS Access and or Crystal Reports
- Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder
