- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- EIT/PE
- Engineering consulting experience
- Industrial or electrical distribution
- AutoCAD
- Excellent communication skillset
- QA/QC
- Power, lighting, motor control
- Wastewater/Water, Energy, Food & Bev experience a big plus
- Ability to travel at times
