Lead Ruby on Rails Engineer - Remote
My client is seeking a Lead Ruby on Rails Engineer to help their growing company thrive! This is a fully remote role and they are seeking a top notch Engineer. You will work with and Lead the current development team of 5, and this has room to grow into a VP level. Client offers a generous base salary, bonus as well as stock options! Position will involve the following:
- Work closely with the CTO to help drive company development initiatives
- Code execution and review
- Stay up to date with technology standards and trends
- Maintain Best Practices
- Set team expectations and goals
- Guide team in areas of Technical Architecture
- Work with high level executives of the firm
The ideal candidate will have the ability to succeed in a start up type environment and have development experience with the following:
- Ruby on Rails
- React
- Typescript
- Python
- Microservices
- Terraform
- AWS (EKS)
