Life Sciences- Construction Assistant Project Manager
An excellent Commercial/ Life Sciences Construction Company is actively seeking an experienced Construction Assistant Project Manager. An established organization with a strong reputation for high quality work and providing employees with challenging and exciting projects. Commercial and Life Sciences construction experience on large scale multi-million dollar projects.
- Commercial/Life Sciences construction background (ground up, addition, renovation work)
- Experience with building Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Clean Rooms, or Labs is required
- Ability to work/interact with field personnel, contractors and customers
- Manage & provide leadership for the labor, construction, materials, tools and equipment associated with projects.
- Blueprint comprehension, layout and coordination, material handling and inventory, site safety coordination, determining labor and production, ensuring labor hours are achieved, equipment and material resources.
- Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills
Requirements:
- Qualified individuals will have at least 2+ years of Life Sciences construction experience
- Large scale project experience $2+ million dollars
- Salary is commensurate with years of experience
