Job Details:
A growing real estate company located in Plymouth Meeting, PA is looking for a Construction Cost Accountant with real estate development industry experience to join their rapidly expanding team.
This individual will be responsible for managing budgets, forecasting, analysis and month end close procedures for their commercial office projects.
Qualified candidates will have 3-5+years of progressive real estate development/construction accounting experience, with a focus on job/project costing, budgeting and analysis.
A BS Degree is required.
