Lead Angular/Node Software Engineer
My client is looking for a technical lead to oversee a team of 5-8 engineers in a hands-on capacity.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage and mentor a small but growing team of software engineers using Angular, Node, Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
- Collaborate with product managers to scope and define work
- Define and develop software engineering processes used by the team
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Position Requirements
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience with emphasis on Node and Angular development
- Strong working knowledge of Angular, Node , cloud, docker, event sourcing
- Proven success leading teams of software engineers in different locations to deliver timely, quality solutions
- Strong focus on meeting the needs of internal and external customers
- Ability to interface effectively with multidisciplinary teams, through all levels of the organization
- Strong work ethic, with integrity, honesty and a desire for continuous learning
