Architect-Project Manager
We are looking for a creative Architectural Project Manager to perform all phases of architectural work including planning, designing and overseeing the construction. You will be involved in new building designs, extensions, alterations, restorations and conservations from the earliest stages right through to completion. The goal is to match client’s needs and to produce sustainable, functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.
Job Duties & Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Architecture Degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience as an Architect.
- Proficient with AutoCAD and/or Revit.
- Follow architectural trends and advancements.
- Someone who has a creative mind.
- Experience working on construction documents, schematic designs, and design developments.
- Interior Project experience a big plus.
- Review production drawings and specifications
- Shop Drawings review & process.
- Experience working on a diversity of projects-hospitality, food/beverage, and commercial.
- Knowledge of building materials and construction methods and codes and regulations.
- Team player with good communication skills.
