Technical Trainer
My client has a full time opening for a Technical Trainer. This is a new created role for a rapidly growing organization. They offer great benefits and partial WFH options. This position will involve the following:
- Development of Technical Training programs involving software development
- Ability to enact training material to staff in a clear and concise manner
- Guide team so they are able to meet organizational needs
- Develop materials for the remote workforce
- Produce training agenda and schedules
- Oversight of the companies Learning Management System
- Work with internal cross functional teams to accomplish training goals
- Run all training webinars and workshops
- Drive process improvement and track effectiveness of programs
- Experience training in areas including .Net, C#, SQL, Javascript, HTML etc.
- CTT+ (Certified Technical Trainer) is preferred
