Software Development Manager
My client has a full time opening for a Software Development Manager. This role will oversee a team of 12 and offers some WFH options. Role will involve the following:
- Overseeing a development team in a .Net environment
- Proven experience mentoring and coaching software developers
- Working in an Agile environment
- Ability to work closely with cross functional teams
- Involvement with hiring, setting team goals and objectives
- Ensure that projects are delivered on time
- Collaborate with team in areas of software design and architecture
- Experience with .Net, C#, Javascript, HTML, Typescript, design patterns etc.
- Strong leadership, motivation and decision making skills
