Job Details:
Growing commercial real estate client in Newtown Square, Pa has an immediate need for a stationary engineer to handle a large commercial office property.
The qualified candidate will have be HVAC Certified, (EPA Certification preferred) have a school diploma and have commercial office building maintenance/HVAC experience. Residential experience will be considered if candidate has prior experience with HVAC roof top units, split system and package units, as well as experience with water source heat pumps.
Responsibilities includes ensuring the daily operations of mechanical as well as fire alarm, HVAC, and plumbing systems. Excellent opportunity to join a well-respected firm that offers a generous salary package and opportunity for advancement!!
