Architect-Project Manager
Business has picked up significantly at my client who is a Design/Build Firm located on Long Island! We need a Project Manager/Architect with an enthusiasm and passion for design.
Job Duties & Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Architecture.
- 8-15+ years of experience designing projects-commercial, industrial, educational, retail, etc.
- Manage all phases of a project from start to finish.
- Proficient with autocad.
- Ability to do design-construction documents, schematic designs, design developments.
- Outstanding client interaction skills.
- Ability to mentor Intern Architects.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
