Job Details:
HVAC Superintendent - Project Manager - Technician - Supervisor
located in VA, DC or MD
- Supervise and coordinate the effort of assigned crew, apprentices and journeymen
- Attend all project hand-off meetings with the General Superintendent, Estimator and Project Engineers, reviewing blueprints, specifications, materials, equipment, budgets, schedules and manpower
- Track field labor hours on a daily basis
- Capable of reading blueprints and specifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Journeyman in the mechanical/plumbing/HVAC industry preferred
