SaaS Application/Software Support Specialist
My client is seeking a customer service oriented support professional to assist their customers with resolutions to proprietary software. This person will be the liaison between the technical support group, developers, client care, etc. and should have a solid understanding of the SDLC. This person should be familiar with supporting SaaS based applications and have experience with SQL, XML, Javascript, and HTML. This person will have excellent communication skills and be familiar with issue tracking systems such as Dynamics and Jira. This person should understand how microservices work as well as API processing. Any exposure to SOAP UI or Postman would be a plus.
