Senior Automation Controls Engineer
Automation Controls Engineer to work within a project team to develop, program, and commission equipment running on PLC or DCS platforms. Automation engineering design, programming, and testing for configuration of the plant Process Control System (PCS) from Conceptual Design through Commission & Qualification on projects. Independently provide project support activities such as detailed design, design review, implementation, program changes, testing/debug, troubleshooting, and project management. Programming experience in one or more of the following platforms: Allen-Bradley/Rockwell, Siemens, GE, and Wonderware. Electrical design experience including panel layout, power distribution, and I/O.
Knowledge of S88 Batch standards and experience implementing batch systems. GMP, Validation, Instrumentation – these additional skills are desired and considered a plus,
Key words – Siemens S7 PLC Systems, Rockwell Automation Allen Bradley PLC’s, RSLogix 5000/500/5, Studio, Factory Talk, Wonderware System Platform, PanelView Plus, RSBizWare RSBatch, etc. SCADA and HMI packages (Intellution, and Wonderware). Automation, Controls, System Integration, PLC’s, HMI’s. FactoryTalkView ME/SE.
7+ years' experience. Engineering Degree, Associates degree, or previous working experience in the Life Sciences Industry. Pharmaceutical, Bio-technology, food and beverage, or other related GMP or FDA regulated industries. Relocation assistance available.
