Utility Analyst
This position works for our Utility Manager, and this person would be helping us establishing utility accounts within our current portfolio of properties. Currently some of properties we own share utility accounts with each other (due to our acquisitions in the past) but we are looking for each property to have it’s own account. This is a very phone heavy position as they will be calling the utility companies to transfer the account so they will need good customer service/phone skills. We will also need someone with good attention to detail as there is a fair amount of documentation that the Utility companies will require. This assignment is for 4-6 weeks and we are looking for someone to start ASAP. Below are some of the qualifications/requirements we are seeking:
- Position will be 100% based out of our King of Prussia office.
- Hours will be 8:00-5 p.m. with an unpaid lunch break.
- Detailed oriented with attention to details.
- Setting up new accounts with utility companies.
- Excellent communication skills (Will mostly be on the phone calling utility providers).
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent computer skills. Excel, Outlook, ERP System.
- Knowledge around utility industry is helpful.
