Job Details:
MANUFACTURING ENGINEER
Looking for an experienced Manufacturing Engineer with a strong background in 3D modeling Purchasing, Project Management, Fabrication, Sheet Metal etc.
Job Duties:
- Establish efficient manufacturing processed and improve existing processes
- Eliminate waste or both materials and time
- Improve machine shop operations
- Solid understanding of design and manufacturing processes needed tp push the job through the machine shop (review drawings, Create BOM, etc.)
- Program CNC Machinery
- Help update existing machinery and bring in new machinery
- Create designs using 3D modeling software (SolidWorks preferred)
- Work closely will all company personnel to insurance production deadlines and expectations are met
Requirements:
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- 3D modelling software experience
- Machine Shop experience including familiarity with CNC machinery
- Fabrication / Welding experience
- Supervisory experience
- Safety training
- Experience with purchasing
- Experience working with a variety of materials
