Director of Engineering
Outstanding opportunity to take a lead role for one of the top Mechanical Design/Build Firms in the NJ area! We are looking for someone who is looking to take their career to the next level as a Director of Engineering.
Job Duties and Qualifications:
- 10-25+ years’ experience designing HVAC systems for commercial, health care, institutional, and other related buildings.
- Someone has and can lead a mechanical HVAC Department.
- Prepare work plans and proposals to respond to RFP's.
- Develop HVAC design basis and present conceptual designs.
- Prepare HVAC calculations, drawings, and specifications.
- P.E. license in NJ.
- 3+ years of supervisory experience.
- Excellent communication and written skills.
