Job Details:
HVAC Distribution Account Manager – OEM Sales – Manufacturer
- Prospect, acquire, and cultivate new business selling opportunities related to Parts, Supplies, and replacement equipment products.
- Responsible for developing sales activities associated with Commercial Distribution Parts, Supplies, and Accessories as well as supporting and developing opportunities for Aftermarket Equipment Sales.
- Maintain and improve sales revenue and gross margin.
- Maintain an accurate call history within the CRM system
- Maintain selling relationship key customers.
- Work directly with Inside Sales Representatives to ensure an optimal customer experience is achieved.
- Pro-actively educate new equipment purchasers on warranty coverage and best practice claims procedures.
- Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals.
- Visit assigned accounts, making sales calls and developing approaches that best position products, services, or ideas; identify and meet the needs of commercial customers. Maintain database of account sales call activity, etc.
- Bachelor's degree preferred
Will look at someone experience with HVAC or BAS equipment or service sales, Distribution / Parts background and someone handling OEM sales.
