Job Details:
My client is actively seeking a mid-level to Senior level HVAC Mechanical Engineer with experience in MEP Consulting engineering. Details include:
Contribute engineering and design on Laboratory, Pharm, Scientific or Mission Critical projects
Use of Revit software to layout equipment and ductwork for designs on hi-rise buildings and datacenters
Research of equipment and related code issues
Review of vendor drawings
Visit field sites as required
Other duties as assigned
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Full project experience from initial concept through close-out
Revit experience required
7 years of experience preferred
EIT and/or PE license preferred
Solid grasp of ASHRAE standards and applicable building codes
Strong analytical ability
Leadership experience required
Strong verbal and written communication skills for meetings with clients, subcontractors, and other trade departments.
