Job Details:
Permanent Engineering Position supporting the construction of heavy manufacturer in the South Eastern. Relocation is available within North America, with great benefits.
Qualifiers:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related Engineering field of study
- Nine or more years' experience laying out, specifying, planning, overseeing installation and commissioning, and maintenance of of large scale steel making equipment e.g. furnaces, cranes, ladles, continuous casters, etc.
- Direct experience with large, heavy duty industrial machinery including hydraulics, overhead cranes, motors from 500 to 5,000 Horsepower, large bearing sets outfitted for extreme environments
Bonuses:
- Background in the design and / or construction of a high volume steel melting or casting facility is a plus
- A Professional Engineering license is a preference but not necessary
