Commissioning Team Leader (REMOTE)
The nations top employee-owned engineering firm is seeking a leader to run their commissioning teams. This position is a key element to our team moving forward. The ideal candidate will have experience electrical and/or mechanical commissioning for major mission critical clients throughout their career. This opportunity is remote and the individual can be located anywhere throughout the United States. There will be travel required to our offices throughout the country/project sites.
Requirements :
- 8+ years of experience supervising and managing teams 10+ members.
- Track record as the main point of contact for any arising issues in the organization that pertain to their department.
- Proven leader who performs well under pressure
- Successful track record with business development including major organizations
- Experience with Project Management of multi-million projects (submittals, proposals etc.)
- Ability to effectively lead and interact with other principles, general contractors, sub-contractors and vendors during meetings (virtual and in person)
- PE license and CxA Certification
