Job Details:
My client is a highly regarded Union Electrical Contracting Company. They are seeking an Electrical Project Manager with a focus in hospital and healthcare. The ideal candidate will have experience in establishing and maintaining a professional relationship with the client, subcontractors and other project stakeholders related to hospitals and healthcare projects. Additional duties include:
Duties & Responsibilities
• Provide service of the electrical requirements at major project sites
• Participate in transitional meetings with estimating and business development
• Organize all project documents and drawings using Procore
• Manage RFI’s submittals, contracts, change order requests etc.
• Plan, schedule, and maintain timelines by optimizing resources in a fast-paced construction/installation environment.
• Maintain extensive client contact and delivery of project
• Manage all job close out procedures
• Liaise with field supervision and build relationships
• Collaborate with engineering and other supporting departments
Qualifications
• Self-motivated and team player who is able to thrive in the Healthcare environment
• 5+ years electrical experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Practical knowledge of electrical construction
• Estimating
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, knowledge of Procore a plus
