Architectural Project Manager
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to perform all phases of architectural work including planning, designing, and overseeing the construction. You will be involved in new building designs, extensions, alterations, restorations, and conservations from the earliest stages right through to completion. The goal is to match client’s needs and to produce sustainable, functional, and aesthetically pleasing designs.
Job Duties & Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Architecture Degree
- Registered in NY.
- 15+ years of experience as an Architect.
- Follow architectural trends and advancements.
- Can run multiple projects and oversee a staff.
- Business development and maintain clients.
- Review production drawings and specifications
- Experience working on a diversity of projects-commercial/retail and schools.
- Knowledge of building materials and construction methods and codes and regulations.
- Team player with good communication skills.
