My client a growing General Construction company in the North Carolina market is seeking to add a Lead Superintendent to their growing team! Candidates must have experience managing the field operations for ground-up and rehab projects. Multi-Family project experience is key! Must be able to handle the scheduling, scope, budget. Great communication is essential as you will be the liaison with owners of the project. Candidates must be able to handle the project from cradle to grave.
