Job Details:
Senior Lead Valuation Analyst
Role:
As a Lead Valuation Analyst, this person will be working with Corporate Finance as well as Treasury as a subject matter expert to help evaluate large scale future business investments. This would be done by conducting complex valuation models to understand the risk, costing, pricing, tax implications, foreign currencies, economic impacts, ratings impact, etc. This is a very highly visible opportunity with direct exposure to the board of directors and executive level.
Responsibilities:
- Support Corporate Finance and Treasury by building valuation models
- Identify and determine price points as well as costs associate with capital projects; assessing the risk associated
- Be a liaison with Banks, rating agencies, and external partners
- Analyze cash flows to understand any implications of foreign currencies, tax implications, financing, joint venture or partner constraints
- Work cross functionally with Legal, finance, accounting, tax, sales, operations, engineering, marketing, M&A, etc.
- Create and develop a "business book" detailing all the economics of the deal for presentation purposes
- Develop presentations and present findings to the board and executive level
- Special projects as well
- Mentor other MBA/Master level finance professionals
Qualifications:
- Executive MBA or Master’s Degree is required. Degree in Economics is a plus
- 7+ years of prior valuation modeling experience
- Prior experience working for a global organization
- Prior experience presenting to executive level
- Prior experience working on multi-million and multi-billion dollar deals
