Continuous Improvement Engineer | LEAN or Six Sigma experience in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania

This is a terrific opportunity to be part of a high performing central engineering team, improving and optimizing manufacturing processes using statistical data to improve product quality, equipment reliability, and managing the projects to implement actionable findings.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology or Related course of study
- 6 months to 2 years of hands-on, working knowledge of LEAN or Six Sigma tools - Internships and co-ops in a manufacturing plant / factory count!
- Hands-on, working knowledge of LEAN or Six Sigma methodologies and tools like 5S, DMAIC, Kaizen, GEMBA Walks, or the 5 Whys are desired
