Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Plastics Engineering , Materials Engineering or Industrial Engineering Technology
- Ten (10) or more years years of mold making / tool making experience for injection molded plastics
- At least Three (3) years supervisory or management experience, leading teams in the production of tool making and mold design and production for industrial manufacturing is required
