Job Details:
HVAC Service Manager -
- Responsible for performing and coordinating HVAC services, repair and installation to the company customer base as well as assisting with new and existing business development. These activities will include providing optimal customer service and support that will include emergency, non-emergency and scheduled response functions through effective management of assigned duties and the supervising of route technicians.
- Respond to customer needs and maintains positive relationships with all assigned customers and personnel
- Will serve as primary liaison within the area of assignment between the customer contact and the company
- Manage and negotiate HVAC services and maintenance contracts
- Managing of purchasing protocol and activity
- Schedules and assigns work
- Oversee preventative maintenance schedule and performance in conjunction with the Service Department
- Experience as an HVAC Service Manager
