Application Engineer
Electrical Engineer:
- At least 2 years electrical engineering experience preferable in mechatronics.
- Must have experience programming servo motion controls and PLC.
- Must have knowledge of programming in C#, Python, etc.
- Taken classes specifically in electronics drive design/electric motor design. Need to have knowledge on all kinds of electric motors, particularly PMAC synchronous and induction motors..
- Practical application, which they have implemented and coded motors and drives that is a very nice to have.
- This role includes:
- 80% of the role is customer support – training/trouble-shooting/review product design / quotation and sales
- 20% of the role is other testing and developing new products (ex. Linear induction motors) (R&D)
