Manufacturing Execution Systems Engineer with Emerson Syncade
Manufacturing Execution Systems Engineer – automation engineering design, programming, and testing for configuration of the plant process control system (PCS) from concept design through commission and qualification. Lead and execute DCS projects for hardware and software engineering, design, implementation, commissioning, testing and troubleshooting. Knowledge of automation PCS systems, automation change record forms, perform offline and online coding and testing. Troubleshooting of process, equipment, and system malfunctions and/or failures involving the PCS system. Knowledge of DCS/PLC Hardware structure. DCS/PLC Commissioning and troubleshooting.
Key words – Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Emerson Syncade, PLC, GAMP, Automation Controls, Rockwell Software, Allen Bradley PLC’s, FactoryTalk View Machine Edition (ME), SCADA and HMI packages (Intellution, and Wonderware).
This is a 6 to 9/12 months Contract position. Work on-site or Remote.
Requires - US Citizen, Green Card. Engineering Degree and/or work experience.
