Project Manager Machine Controls
You will manage projects from concept to completion. Lead role in planning, scheduling, executing, monitoring, and closing projects within cost and on time to the customers’ satisfaction.
Knowledge of Automation Controls and Systems. PLC and HMI applications to design and debug programs for Automation Machines. PLC, Machine Controls and Panels, Motion Controllers and HMI’s, Robot Integration & Controls, Machine Vision, Servo-Systems and Drives. Improve automation systems integration solutions for Machine Controls on projects to increase efficiency and improve safety.
Knowledge of Machine Controls, PLC’s, Motion Controls, HMI’s, Automation, Robots, Machine Vision, Barcode Reading. Competent skills with PC’s, networking, device communications, integration, and design.
Key words – Machine Controls, PLC’s, Motion Controls, HMI’s, Automation, Robots, Machine Vision, Barcode Reading. Cognex’s InSight, VisionPro, and Designer platforms. DataMan industrial barcode readers. Keyence, SICK, LMI Technologies, and Dalsa. Metaphase Technologies, Opto Engineering, Smart Vision Lights, Edmund Optics, Fujinon, etc. Robots, Universal Robot and FANUC. PLCs, MotionControllers, and HMIs from Rockwell Automation, Siemens, Beckhoff Integrator Network (BIN)), Danaher Motion, Trio Motion, Red Lion, and AutomationDirect.
Additional knowledge and skills are a plus. Rockwell Automation Allen Bradley PLC’s, RSLogix 5000/500/5, Studio, Factory Talk, Wonderware System Platform, PanelView Plus, RSBizWare RSBatch, etc. SCADA and HMI packages (Intellution, and Wonderware). System Integration, PLC’s, HMI’s. Siemens S7 PLC Systems, C#, .NET, Visual Basic, Microsoft Robotics Developer Studio, Servo-Systems and Drives, Robotics, Pick and Place, Servo Controls, Barcode Device, Proximity and Photo Sensors.
This position requires a B.S. Engineering degree, Master’s Degree is a plus. US Citizenship, Green Card. Minimal travel is required.
