Job Description and Duties:
- 5-25+ years’ experience overseeing and directing projects from start to finish.
- Assist in preparation of RFI's, submittals, and change orders.
- Experience working on ground-up schools, mixed-use, and multi-family projects.
- Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
- Review work progress on a daily basis.
- Proven work experience in construction project management.
- Familiarity with construction management software’s.
- Good communication and written skills.
