Project Manager– Estimator – Sales Engineer
- A Mechanical Contractor in the NY area seeks someone with the ability to hit the ground running and could receive a lead, get the job, then estimate it and run the project.
- Exp selling, estimating, and managing HVAC projects in the commercial / retail arena required.
- Estimate commercial and residential projects, plan, coordinate, execute, maintain and manage an effective field construction organization utilizing the necessary labor, equipment, materials, tools, subcontractors, and other resources to effectively perform the scope of work within an allotted budget and time schedule.
