Job Details:
HVAC Sales
- A local company that is expanding it's footprint in the Pittsburgh area is looking for an individual with a strong HVAC Sales background related to service agreements and maintenance contracts and knowledge of the territory local players
- Experience with acquiring maintenance agreements, quoted service projects, and quoted repairs preferred
- Confirms project scope and bill of material with customers.
- Assist with the collection of Accounts Receivable as needed.
- Determines recommended selling strategy and initial pricing.
- Presents the proposal, negotiates price and contract terms/conditions with customers.
- Stays current with local utility incentive programs and leverages associated rebates to improve project closure rate or project margins.
- Bachelors degree preferred
