Controls Engineer
We are looking for a Controls Engineer with a thorough understanding of Allen Bradley Studio 5000. Must have knowledge of PLC programming languages, ladder-logic programming, etc. Preparation of electrical panel physical layouts, electrical schematics, detailed drawings and design standards. Familiar with machine building experience. Experience in Rockwell Factory Talk ME/SE Studio and Factory Talk Viewpoint software. Experience with VFD, Servo Motion and DC drives; Set-up commissioning and troubleshooting. This person will interface with customers, sales, engineering and other departments.
Develop, test, troubleshoot, modify integrated PLC and HMI control systems. Read, understand, develop, and modify control system design documents rendered as detailed drawings templates and design standards, including diagrams, drawings and written design specifications (Functional Specifications, Users Manuals, Sequence of Operations, etc.).
Develop and install control systems in a cost effective and timely manner in accordance with project schedules, budgets, customer requirements, and equipment specifications. Provide assistance to support Validation Services. Support Sales and Production Departments in technical issues regarding design and manufacture. Supports Field Service Department with machine installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting. Works independently and under minimal supervision.
