Manager of Software Development( c#)
My client is looking for a Manager of Software Development( c#). This leader will manage a team of software engineers.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage and mentor a small but growing team of software engineers and test technicians
- Collaborate with product managers to scope and define work
- Define and develop software engineering processes used by the team
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Position Requirements
- B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science
- A minimum of 10 years of experience with emphasis on microsoft software development
- Strong working knowledge of C# , Angular, Node , cloud
- Proven success leading teams of software engineers and managers in different location to deliver timely, quality solutions
- Strong focus on meeting the needs of internal and external customers
- Ability to interface effectively with multidisciplinary teams, through all levels of the organization
- Strong work ethic, with integrity, honesty and a desire for continuous learning
