IT Technician (professional services firm experience)
Our client is seeking an IT Technician for a full time permanent position located in Center City, Philadelphia.
Qualified candidates will have:
- Experience in an IT support role.
- Experience supporting, troubleshooting, installing software/ hardware for PCs, tablets, phones, laptops, remote access, etc.
- Networking experience.
- Experience training individuals to use new hardware/software.
- Experience with document management systems (iManage preferred).
- Any VMWare and/or Citrix experience is not required but would be a huge plus.
