Company is seeking a hands on Project accountant, Financial forecasts for assigned projects including:
- Preparing forecasts for actual job costs and cost projections
- Reconciling project change requests and impact on forecasts

- Preeparing all required documents for the customer billing
- Reviewing and reporting changes from draft (pencil) billings submitted
- Recording AR within Sage CRE 300 accounting system
- Working with general contractor/customer and project management team on billing and collection issues
- Maintaining weekly outstanding billings report for management
- Job Cost
- Working directly with project managers and vendors to record cost entries
- Assisting the finance team with vendor inquiries and cashflow analysis
- Documentation Control
- Preparing lien waivers, insurance support, and other compliance documentation
- Preparing certified payroll reporting

- Certain month end accounting functions including:
- Recording and self-reviewing the billing/collections and subcontractor payments
- Preparing and recording intercompany sales as well as assist with intercompany eliminations and intercompany reports for consolidations
- Reconciling accounts receivable, accounts payable and other accounts as assigned
- Make short & long range cost estimates to complete most Projects
