Controls Project Manager
Manage Automation Controls projects and personnel.
Knowledge of Automation Controls and Systems. Automation Equipment and Systems, Factory Solutions, Vision Systems, PLC and Machine Controls, C#, .NET, Visual Basic, Microsoft Robotics Developer Studio, Servo-Systems and Drives, Robotics, Pick and Place, Servo Controls, Barcode Device, Proximity and Photo Sensors. Thorough understanding of electrical programming. Competent skills with PC’s, networking, device communications, integration, and design.
Design, build, maintain and improve automation systems integration solutions for manufacturing equipment, controls and processes. Design, fabricate, programming and provide expertise for assembly, quality and automation solutions. Determine root causes of equipment failures and diagnose manufacturing defects, initiate repair plans. Work with engineering, maintenance, and production on projects to increase efficiency and improve safety.
Key words - Rockwell Automation Allen Bradley PLC’s, RSLogix 5000/500/5, Studio, Factory Talk, Wonderware System Platform, PanelView Plus, RSBizWare RSBatch, etc. SCADA and HMI packages (Intellution, and Wonderware). Automation, Controls, System Integration, PLC’s, HMI’s. Siemens S7 PLC Systems, FactoryTalkView ME/SE. Experience with Siemens PLC's is a plus.
This position requires a B.S. Engineering degree, Master’s Degree is a plus. US Citizenship or Green Card Holder. Some travel is required, local and some regional. Auto allowance, gas, cell phone, etc. Generous salary, bonus and benefits package.
Industry experience in Life Sciences, food and beverage, automotive, pick and place, material handling, process automation equipment and systems.
