My client in the Cockeyesville, Maryland area is seeking a highly motivated Mobile Device Management (IOS / ANDROID) Technician for a long-term contract.
Required Skills:
- Support newly deployed Apple iPad devices on premise and remotely.
- Remotely Triage Hardware, Operating System and Application Issues.
- Provision Mobile Devices using IApple ID Management and IBM MaaS 360.
- Apple Wireless Devices experience.
- Support Application Installs on Mobile Devices.
Other Skills:
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook Email.
- IS Support Ticket Systems.
- Excellent Customer Service skills.
- Expert knowledge of current Apple technologies and capabilities.
- Associates Degree or equivalent experience.
