Environmental Project Manager Emergency Response
Representing large company specializing in emergency response, industrial services, and environmental remediation. Client seeks qualified managers with broad experience overseeing different types of specialized projects at all stages from pre-conception to completion.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Supervisory/managerial experience
- Excellent communication abilities; written &verbal
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Vizio, Word)
Main Duties:
- Project Management (contract management, quality control, project supervision, accounting, health & safety, resource management
- Exhibit comprehension of project’s scope
- Proposals (preparing, submitting, reviewing contracts)
- Account Management (marketing, business development, servicing existing accounts)
- Resource Management (budgeting, procurement, allocation)
- Property Management (equipment, vehicles, safe handling & compliance)
- Stakeholder Communication (reporting, presentations, progress checks)
- Staff Supervision (hiring, managing,
Preferred Experience:
- Leading teams responsible for emergency response from natural disasters to roadway incidents
- Creating and implementing policies and procedures to align with governmental compliance standards
- Interacting with governmental boards
- Supervising waste management, specifically HAZMAT
