Sr. Automation Engineer - Emerson DeltaV
Process controls-specialized Automation Systems Integrator seeks Emerson DeltaV DCS proficient Sr. Automation & Controls Engineer, preferably out of the Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, Biotech automation & controls industries. Batch process knowledge/experience is highly desired.
- Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering/Electrical Engineering
- Vast Emerson DeltaV DCS design, configuration, programming within industrial automation environment
- Process control solution design, implementation, configuration
- cGMP and batch process control within life sciences industry
- PLC, HMI, SCADA, VFD programming & configuration experience a plus
- Allen Bradley/Rockwell, GE, Modicon, Siemens, Schneider Electric
- HMI/SCADA: iFix, GE Cimplicity, RSView, Wonderware, Ignition
- Proficy Batch Execution or RSBatch
- Networks: Fieldbus, DeviceNet, As-i Bus, or Profibus
- Biotech/Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences and similar validation industries preferred; Water/wastewater, medical device, packaging, food and beverage, oil & gas, power generation or other process controls industries
- Client interaction skills
- Ability to travel 40-50% (overnight travel)
