Job Details:
Large commercial real estate company that owns and operates commercial properties nationwide.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the quarterly reporting for their large mortgage pools comprising of a high volume of assets.
- Handle all lender information requests and provide response in a timely
- Manage all internal reporting as it relates to debt, and maintain the monthly Debt Tracker report
- Coordinate due diligence process for new/re-financing of their loan pools with parent company's debt capital markets team
- Use internal and external resources to improve efficiency/automation of portions of the lender reporting process
- Work with lenders on release of properties for sale
- Validate and monitor debt compliance metrics
Qualifications:
•Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or other business bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience managing a commercial real estate mortgage lender reporting effort required
• Strong accounting and finance knowledge
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical/problem-solving skills
• Strong work ethic with ability to meet deadlines, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
