Robotics Engineer FANUC
Robotics Engineer FANUC - working knowledge of machine control systems, factory automation solutions. Knowledge of Controls and Systems, Automation Equipment and Systems, Factory Solutions, PLC and Machine Controls,
Knowledge of Servo Controls, Proximity and Photo sensors. Thorough understanding of electrical programming, sensors, change commands, and troubleshooting. Competent skills with PC’s, networking, device communications, integration, and design.
Technology - Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Sensors, Servo Motors, PLCs, FANUC 6-axis robots, Industrial Robotic Integration – FANUC, other robotics Yaskawa Motoman, KUKA, ABB, Universal Robots, another robotics. Robotics Certifications is a plus.
Design, build, maintain, and improve automation systems integration for manufacturing equipment, robots, controls, and processes. determine root causes of equipment failures and diagnose manufacturing defects, initiate repair plans. Design, fabricate, programming, maintain and provide expertise for assembly, quality, and automation robots. Work with engineering, maintenance, and production on projects to increase efficiency and improve safety.
Provide service with machine maintenance, including troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and software, as well as performing preventative maintenance and repair, preferably in a robotics automation integration environment. Industrial Robotic Integration – FANUC
This position requires a B.S. Engineering degree, Master’s Degree is a plus. US Citizenship or Green Card Holder. Some travel is required, local and some regional. Auto allowance, gas, cell phone, etc. Generous salary, bonus and benefits package.
Industry experience in Life Sciences, food and beverage, automotive, pick and place, material handling, process automation equipment and systems.
