Construction Field Project Engineer - Commercial/Building
Leading commercial contractor seeks Project/Field Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management/Engineering strongly preferred
- 4+ years field construction experience, ideally dealing with larger projects ($8M+)
- Healthcare buildings, medical buildings, corporate office buildings
- Renovations, remodeling and ground-up
- Strong technical background
- Create project schedules
- Project documents, change mgmt documents
- Work plans/estimates
- Project closeouts
- Experience succeeding in fast paced, high pressure projects to meet technical, financial, and schedule demands desirable
- Passionate, team player
- Excellent presentation skills
- Microsoft office proficiency
- Project cost management
- Safety
- Valid driver's license
