Construction Project Manager - Commercial
Premier commercial contractor seeks Project Manager:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management/Engineering strongly preferred
- 4+ years commercial construction experience; including at least 1 year project management exp
- PMP certification
- Healthcare buildings, medical buildings, corporate office buildings
- Renovations, remodeling and ground-up
- Strong technical background
- Experience managing fast paced, high pressure projects to meet technical, financial, and schedule demands desirable
- Passionate, team player
- Excellent presentation skills
- Microsoft office proficiency
- GMP, CMAR contracting preferred but not required
- Project cost management, project contracts & scheduling, etc.
- Safety
