Controls Engineer – Electrical Design and Automation
My client is looking to add a Controls Engineer to its talented staff. The qualified candidate will have a BS degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field, experience with automation and/or integration, and knowledge of PLCs and software based HMIs is required. The ideal candidate will also possess experience with electrical enclosure and schematic design. Requirements / Qualifications:
- BS degree in Electrical Engineering or another related technical field
- 5+ years’ experience in automation and/or integration
- Programming, design of PLCs and HMIs in a systems integration or automated manufacturing setting
- Programming, design of Allen Bradley/Rockwell, FactoryTalk, Wonderware, Siemens, etc.
- Experience with electrical enclosure and schematic design is a plus.
- Comfortable with 40% travel
