PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER
We have an exciting career opportunity for a Product Development Engineer with several years' experience in a manufacturing environment. This position is with a steadily growing company, offering a generous base salary and full benefits (health, dental, 401k, etc).
Responsibilities and Requirements are as follows:
- Developing and Implementing manufacturing process for new products. This includes taking products from a "trial production run" to full scale manufacturing.
- R&D experience with compressors and/or rotating equipment.
- Managing manufacturing projects. This includes manufacturing process development and installing new production equipment.
- Leading prototype projects. This includes developing prototype testing procedures and protocols, and documenting results.
- Must have a BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering and experience with R&D/ new product development.
- A strong understanding of manufacturing processes (development and implementation) is a must.
