Building Automation Engineer (PLC/DDC)
Award-winning Automation Systems Integrator seeks candidate experienced in PLC or DDC-based Building Management Systems:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering; preferably electrical or industrial technology
- 3+ years of process controls/building automation engineering experience
- Water/Wastewater, Food & Beverage, BioTech, Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Energy Efficiency, Process & Packaging industry experience
- Experience in Central Plant Utilities, Cogen Plants, Combined Cooling, Heat & Power; Data Centers
- Hardware: SE Modicon M580 platform, SE switchgear
- Software: Unity Pro
- Rockwell PLC & HMI programming, design and development
- Allen Bradley, FactoryTalk, Siemens, Wonderware, Schneider Electric, Modicon Quantum
- DDC Building management system programming: Tridium Niagara, Distech, Delta Enteliweb, Alerton Ascent, Automated Logic, Carrier i-Vue, Daikin, Honeywell Spyder, JCI Metasys/FEX
- Cooling towers, chillers, CRAH/CRAC, UPS, Power Monitoring, Leak Detection background
- PLC design, programming from scratch: Rockwell/Allen Bradley MicroLogix, SLC, CompactLogix, ControlLogix, FlexLogix, RSView, Wonderware InTouch & ArchestrA, Siemens, Modicon, GE Fanuc
- HMI: FactoryTalk View SE, RSView, Intellution iFix, VTScada, Wonderware InTouch & ArchestrA
- SCADA: Proficy Historian, iHistorian, Ignition
- Rockwell Historian, GE Proficy Historian, Intellution iHistorian databases
- Industrial HVAC experience
- Able to operate independently
- Client interaction skills
- US Citizen or Green Card holder
