Job Details:
PROJECT MANAGER (HEAVY CONSTRUCTION)
New Jersey based heavy & environmental construction general contractor that performs construction projects in a variety of markets for projects in the greater New York Metro Area. We are seeking qualified project managers to join our team and grow with us. The Project Manager position is the core leadership and management position for our heavy civil construction projects. This position comes with many responsibilities and the individual assuming this position must possess excellent management and even more so, leadership qualities, as they will, in addition to managing the project details, be managing and coordinating with the project owner and subcontractor personnel.
Qualifications:
Heavy or Environmental construction experience, including an understanding of plans and specifications
Excellent written and oral communication capabilities
Excellent computer skills in Excel and Word; Primavera and PlanGrid is a plus
4 year degree (at minimum) required; civil engineering or construction management degree is a plus
CPM Scheduling experience is a plus
